Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Management Consultant to support enterprise IT portal enhancements and organizational transformation initiatives for a leading energy company.
Requirements
6-10 years of change management consulting experience
Proven expertise with ADKAR methodology and change management frameworks
Strong background in IT systems implementations and digital transformations
Experience with enterprise portal implementations and user experience enhancements
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Change management certification (Prosci, Kotter, or similar) preferred
Experience in utility or energy sector highly valued
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
