Role OverviewJoin Starr, a global leader in commercial insurance, as an IT Manager/Product Owner. This role will lead a team responsible for supporting business users and integrations with Commercial Policy Administration systems. The candidate will oversee day-to-day activities, manage ad hoc platform enhancement projects, and work closely with stakeholders and vendor partners.
What You Will Do
Manage a team, collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize work efforts, manage risk/issues, and drive the overall delivery of the product work stream. Establish KPIs, plan release plans, and communicate expectations for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years IT Team management experience
- 5+ years of experience in P&C Commercial Policy Admin
- 5+ years of relevant experience as an IT Product Owner/Project Manager
- Agile Product Owner certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry-wide development software, frameworks, and processes
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum work environment
- Strategic, tactical, and critical thinking expertise
- Excellent verbal and written presentation/communication skills
- Competency in product owner tools and basic office programs
