Role OverviewThe Senior IT Program Manager will lead project teams to build software solutions that integrate common services across a large enterprise application portfolio and other enterprise systems used by customers and dealers. This role is critical to ensuring that application integrations with various digital platform capabilities are built using the latest technologies, industry-leading architecture patterns, and security best practices to drive successful adoption.
What You Will Do
Own successful, on-time, on-budget, and error-free completion of assigned projects and programs. Manage project charters, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget. Support project teams and gather/provide information from concept through prototype, pilot, implementation, and follow-up stages.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university plus 10+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business) plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing projects from inception, with demonstrated ability to lead teams to alignment.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end program management within a cross-functional matrix organization, including managing multi-functional teams.
- 8+ years of direct project management experience working with software engineering teams in an Agile Software Development methodology, alongside business partners and product managers.
- Proven experience with project management fundamentals, including project charters, scheduling, and planning, with the ability to guide teams through charter creation, scope alignment, and ways of working.
- 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS) and Confluence.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change management.
- Strong strategic thinking, alignment, and direction-setting experience.
