Role OverviewLead multi-year, enterprise-wide technology transformations aligned to the defined Network Services Strategic Roadmap, focusing on optimizing and modernizing the company's network infrastructure. Manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, timeline, and technical requirements.
What You Will Do
Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for the network modernization program, ensure alignment with overall business and IT strategies, manage the full program lifecycle from initiation to closure, and provide expert guidance on modernization efforts related to key network technologies.

Collaborate with network and security architecture teams, drive the adoption of network infrastructure-as-code and automation, identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies, and manage the multi-million-dollar program budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or a related field of study
- Five (5) years of experience with technical project and program management expertise utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Networking technologies and network monitoring
- Cloud technologies and services, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Data visualization and the ability to define and track objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Financial modeling and analysis, including creating business cases for large-scale technology investments
