Role OverviewRGP is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a large healthcare organization's strategic interoperability and digital transformation initiatives. This highly visible role will serve as the bridge between clinical operations, business stakeholders, and technology teams, ensuring healthcare requirements are translated into scalable technology solutions.
What You Will Do
Partner with clinical, operational, business, and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Translate healthcare policies, workflows, and operational needs into functional and technical requirements. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issue logs, and executive status reporting.

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a hybrid PM/BA role
- 10+ years of Healthcare industry experience required; managed care or health plan experience preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and technology-enabled business processes
- Demonstrated experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication, facilitation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams within complex enterprise environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- PMP Certification is preferred
