Job Description
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee projects within the Office of Information Services (OIS) Portfolio Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will have experience in project management, budgeting, and communication, with a strong ability to facilitate project health, best practices, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Serve as a project manager within the Office of Information Services (OIS) Portfolio Management Office (PMO)
  • Establish relationships with Business Relationship Managers and business sponsors
  • Meet and facilitate the discussion of regular status meetings
  • Exercise project management skills and build skills in scope management, schedule management, project team management, risk management, stakeholder management, and project status reporting
  • Communicate skillfully, clearly, and regularly through virtual meetings, virtual discussions, emails, status reports, and instant messaging
  • Maintain entries on project tasks, task members, issues/risks, and status reporting within centralized, online project and portfolio management centralized platform (Clarity®)
