Role OverviewThe Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering strategic technology initiatives that modernize Unitek's IT environment and enable business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines enterprise project management with technical execution, working closely with Infrastructure, Security, Applications, and business teams to successfully deliver transformational projects.
What You Will Do
Lead multiple enterprise IT projects from initiation through post-production support, develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and executive status reports, coordinate work across Infrastructure, Security, Applications, Digital Strategy, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience leading enterprise IT projects
- Strong understanding of Microsoft enterprise technologies, cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, and identity platforms
- Experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise application projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
