Role OverviewAxiologic Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to provide IT project management, strategic planning, and operational support to the Defense Intelligence Agency's (DIA) Common Intelligence Framework (CIF) Joint Program Management Office (JPMO). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements within enterprise technology environments.

Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of complex IT projects, develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts, establish clear project objectives, and monitor project progress.

Requirements
- TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with an additional two years of experience added to the minimum
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
- Experience managing enterprise-level IT projects within the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or other federal government environments
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project management documentation, schedules, resource plans, and executive-level status reporting
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, process improvement practices, stakeholder engagement, and project lifecycle management
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive successful project outcomes in complex technical environments
