Role Overview

This role is a strategic, high-impact Mission Assurance/Quality Manager position at the IDIQ level, embedded within the PMO on a large-scale National Intelligence program. You will start off in Task Order 2 setting process, overseeing risk reduction, process compliance, and product reliability to guarantee mission-critical objectives are met. This is an opportunity to engage with cutting-edge technologies and contemporary development practices in support of a vital mission.

What You Will Do

You will design, maintain, and continuously improve the program's quality management approach across all task orders, ensuring the software-development lifecycle and DevSecOps processes have clearly defined quality criteria. You will define and document key processes, perform periodic compliance checks, and drive corrective actions. Additionally, you will define and maintain quality metrics, lead root cause analysis for significant defects, and integrate quality practices into Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps pipelines.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • 10+ years of progressive software engineering and quality assurance experience, with a proven track record of moving from hands-on technical contributor to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and implement significant strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrable experience architecting and executing a large-scale manual-to-automation transformation. Must be able to speak deeply to the technical framework design, ROI analysis, and change management strategies used
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with modern automation tooling, CI/CD pipeline integration, and testing large-scale, multi-tier, service-oriented architectures
