Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide top-tier technical support and manage various aspects of IT operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for continuous learning. This role involves supporting end-users, managing infrastructure, and optimizing systems through automation and process improvements.
What You Will Do
Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users via phone, email, remotely, or in person. Manage help desk tickets, administer and support the Microsoft 365 Suite, and troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network, computer, email, Internet, and third-party applications.
