Role OverviewThis position is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of LC Plus Technology and its clients' computers, network, business applications, servers, backup, security, and voice systems. The IT Systems Administrator proposes and implements system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
What You Will Do
Maintain all IT Systems integrity, functionality, and operation to limit service disruption, enhance efficacy and strengthen security. Identify and execute on continuous improvement efforts when implementing new solutions and managing existing solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology or related area
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience including working with Microsoft server, cloud, network, security, Microsoft 365 applications, and desktop platforms
- Proficient working knowledge with enterprise-grade technology
- Ability to diagnose and take corrective action in addressing IT Systems problems
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish/maintain effective working relationships
