Role OverviewWe are seeking a VP-level Senior Java Developer / Technical Lead to join a Market Data and Trading Technology team within a leading financial institution. This hands-on role combines Java development, technical leadership, and architecture, working closely with Trading, Quantitative, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver scalable market data and trading solutions.
What You Will Do
Design and develop enterprise-grade, server-side Java applications supporting market data and trading platforms. Provide technical leadership and guidance across architecture, solution design, development, and implementation.

10–15 years of software development experience, ideally within financial services or capital markets. Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java (JDK 11/17), Spring, and Spring Boot. Experience with Apache Camel, REST APIs, JMS/ActiveMQ, and enterprise authentication frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Quantitative Finance
- 10–15 years of software development experience, ideally within financial services or capital markets
