What You Will Do
Responsible for overseeing and executing electrical installations, service, and troubleshooting for residential HVAC systems. Ensures all electrical components of HVAC projects are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and company standards.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of residential or light commercial electrical experience, involving HVAC systems, and a strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC, low voltage wiring, and residential wiring practices.
Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyperson Electrician license (or equivalent if out of state)
- 4+ years of residential or light commercial electrical experience, involving HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC, low voltage wiring, and residential wiring practices
- Experience with control systems, thermostats, relays, and HVAC-specific electrical components
- Ability to lead and train apprentices effectively
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license
