Role OverviewManage Land Development Managers and Project Managers to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in developing raw land into lots for single and multi-family homes. Supervise employees, conduct business operations, and assist with master planning efforts.
What You Will Do
Supervise employees, conduct business operations, assist with master planning, oversee milestone schedules, coordinate land development activities, plan and direct land development activities, and represent DR Horton in interfacing with government officials and the public.

Must have 10 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field, and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel extensively and work well with city inspectors and third-party contractors.
