Job Description
Our client, a top financial institution, is seeking a skilled Senior L&D Designer/Developer V to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of instructional design/development experience
  • Expert level knowledge of eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 3 or 360 and Rise 360
  • Strong creative and graphic design skills
  • Expert level knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and experience with other Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient knowledge of learning and performance enablement solutions, program design, design inputs for program evaluation, learning consultation, needs analysis, learning instructional design and content design analysis
