Job Description
Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior, L&D Program Manager to help the company scale through its next critical phase of growth. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles, with deep expertise in AI and automation. The role will involve architecting and operationalizing programs to accelerate performance across the company, leading and evolving the H3RO manager development program, and designing scalable learning strategies.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related roles
  • Deep expertise in AI and automation
  • Proven ability to design from first principles and operationalize at scale
  • Strong facilitation skills and executive presence
  • Experience developing managers and leaders
  • Track record of building onboarding and/or high-potential talent programs
  • Analytical and outcomes-driven mindset
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills
