Role OverviewThe Senior Lead Caregiver is responsible for providing caring and personalized assistance for residents living in our community, as well as administrative support to the Laurus Home Care Leadership Team. The role requires leadership experience and a high school diploma or GED. The Senior Lead Caregiver will report to the Laurus Home Care Director or Supervisor.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing compassionate and competent care for residents, assisting with payroll, maintaining resident care sheets, and communicating with residents and families. The role also involves scheduling and staffing, training accountability, and performing other duties as assigned.
