Role OverviewThe Senior Lead Caregiver is responsible for providing caring and personalized assistance for residents living in our community. As well as, office support providing administrative support to the Personal Care Director.
What You Will Do
Provide compassionate and competent care for residents by performing services such as bathing, showering, and grooming assistance, assist residents at mealtime, and provide wheelchair and walking escorts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior leadership experience and ability to apply understanding to carry out written instructions as given by the Personal Care Director are preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certified Nursing Assistant, Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics, or experience working with the elderly population preferred
- Ability to apply understanding to carry out written instructions as given by the Personal Care Director
- Prior leadership experience preferred
