Role OverviewWe are hiring Lead Process Engineers to drive the technical development, design integration, and execution of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects across North America. In this role, you will serve as the process discipline lead on pursuits and projects, guiding treatment process selection, developing process design packages, and coordinating closely with mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, and construction teams to deliver safe, cost-effective, and constructible solutions.
What You Will Do
Provide technical and engineering leadership for industrial water and wastewater facility design including treatment process evaluation, process selection, and optimization and conduct evaluations of full-scale plant operations, pilot studies, and bench studies as required. Identify and evaluate process lifecycle costs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in process development, conceptual and detailed design with a background in municipal and industrial water/wastewater markets
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration preferred
- Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations and requirements related to water characterization, treatment, and discharge
- Experience as process design engineering lead on design-build projects is preferred
