Role OverviewAmazon MGM Studios is seeking a seasoned Senior Lead, Theatrical Marketing to lead and drive innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns for our theatrical releases within the US market. This role requires a proven leader who can operate with autonomy, set strategic direction across multiple priority titles, and consistently deliver best-in-class, culturally attuned campaigns that maximize audience engagement and box office performance at high velocity and scale.
What You Will Do
Drive the development of title level positioning and overarching campaign strategy for multiple high-profile theatrical releases a year. Lead internal cross-functional meetings and brainstorms to develop the full go-to-market campaign across all channels to think big and develop exciting, unique marketing campaigns that break through culture and drive box office success.

Requirements
- 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Experience in theatrical marketing
- Experience working directly with external stakeholders including talent, executive producers, or showrunners
