Job Description
The Boeing Company's Coaching and Organizational Development organization is seeking a Senior Leadership Coaching and Organizational Effectiveness Professional to join our People and Leadership team in Seattle, WA, North Charleston, SC or Berkeley, MO.
Requirements
Professional coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, or an equivalent organization
5+ years of experience in executive leadership development, executive leadership programs and/or executive coaching
1+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
Experience designing, delivering and improving enterprise Leadership Development programs
