Role OverviewThe Senior Learning Consultant will work with senior stakeholders and business partners to design, develop, and facilitate custom learning journeys and solutions. This role is responsible for building productive relationships, collaborating within a diverse team, and embracing challenges to develop skills. The position is based at the Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, with some departments offering a hybrid work option.
What You Will Do
The Senior Learning Consultant will execute on and manage relationships as a key liaison with internal business partners, lead projects, and deliver workshops, training, and learning solutions for intermediate and advanced audiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in I/O psychology, human resources, or a related field (preferred)
- Five or more years of experience delivering training and learning solutions for intermediate and advanced audiences
- Five or more years of experience in the insurance industry (preferred), or proficient knowledge in a specific insurance department's operation
- Experience training key human development skills like communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, empathy, conflict resolution, and adaptability
- Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders on complex initiatives
- Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced team members
- Experience leading projects that drive department and/or enterprise initiatives
- Microsoft Teams and Adobe experience
- Direct experience with agents and/or policyholders (preferred)
- Experience developing and applying competency and/or job models to define role expectations, skills, and capability requirements
