Role OverviewA Senior Learning Experience Design Specialist plays a vital role in the design and development of engaging and effective learning experiences for today’s modern learner. They create learner-centered educational content by applying basic instructional design principles and utilizing modern technology and multimedia tools. Working closely with design specialists, lead specialists and subject matter experts, they help identify learning objectives, curate existing materials or develop interactive materials, and utilize platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and mobile learning applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design and multimedia content creation
- Advanced understanding of adult learning theory
- Advance mastery in design tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate, and Articulate 360
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning methodologies, needs of the modern learner as a consumer of information, and current trends impacting organizational development
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms, and other app based or mobile learning platforms
- Experience doing instructor lead training or facilitation
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
