Senior Learning Experience Designer

Design, develop, and evaluate high-impact learning experiences that support business priorities, build capability, and improve employee performance. Partner with business stakeholders, Learning and Development leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver effective, engaging, and measurable learning solutions.

What You Will Do

Lead strategic learning initiatives, translate complex challenges into actionable insights, facilitate meetings, influence decisions, and ensure proactive follow-through. Develop design plans, storyboards, prototypes, and learning assets, and guide, coach, and peer review other learning designers.

Requirements

• Typically requires minimum of 5 years instructional design experience or curriculum development
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a closely related field or two additional years of equivalent work experience in instructional design required
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment required
• Project Management experience preferred
