Job Description
CLA is a top 10 national professional services firm seeking a Learning Experience Design Senior to design engaging and effective learning solutions for all modalities, including webcasts, eLearnings, in person experiences, videos and more.
Requirements
5+ years' relevant experience required
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in instructional design or related field a plus
Knowledge of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Agile), assessment and evaluation design
Proficiency with eLearning and video authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, Clipchamp)
