Role Overview

Lead the lease administration function for a portfolio of nearly 2,000 retail locations, owning accuracy and timeliness across the full lease lifecycle, and carrying financial accountability for occupancy cost, CAM/NNN reconciliation outcomes, and recovery of overbillings. Coach a team of five Lease Administrators and negotiate directly with landlords on disputed charges and defaults.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Lease Administrators, spearhead AI and technology enhancements, set quality standards, own the annual CAM/NNN reconciliation cycle, decide when to challenge a landlord's reconciliation, and review and approve calculations of base and additional rent.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret leases, amendments, estoppels, and SNDAs without routine Legal support
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reconciling large data sets across systems
