Job Description
To accurately and timely enforce all lease provisions of assigned portfolio between Ross and its Landlords, including processing, review or audit of Landlord billed CAM Reconciliations, Real Estate Taxes, and Reduced Occupancy claims. Assist with special projects and meet annual goals. Some travel may be required.

Requirements

  • Act as primary contact between Company and Landlords on CAM, Real Estate Taxes, Insurance, Reduced Occupancy, and Account Reconciliation issues.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Lease provisions, analyze and review Landlord billings, negotiate conflicts, and escalate to Management as necessary.
  • Review Lease Co-Tenancy provisions, prepare ROP claim packages, and escalate disputes to Management as necessary.
  • Assist Managers with complex ROP and CAM/Tax/Ins dispute reviews, management of third-party auditor claims, review and updating of procedures, and testing and development of Sitelink.
  • Provide training support for new Property Management associates.
  • Review and reconcile Landlord Accounts Receivable (AR) ledges, resolve any AR issues or disputes with Landlords, review and respond to estoppel and waiver requests.
  • Complete projects or tasks as assigned, including review of Capital Expenditure Requests (CERs), Lease Accounting accrual analysis, and other miscellaneous projects.
  • Complete weekly cost reports, impound reviews, and other forecasting and reporting as assigned.

Benefits

  • Base salary range $81,000 - $121,800
