Melita Group is an HR, Benefits, and Payroll Outsourcing company seeking a Senior Leave of Absence Specialist to manage client relationships, provide expert guidance on leave policies, and oversee leave lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of leave administration experience
  • Experience mentoring, training, or serving as a go-to resource for peers
  • Proficiency with HRIS and leave management software
  • HR or leave management certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CLMS) strongly preferred
