Job Description
The Senior Legal Analyst will develop long-horizon tasks that mirror personal legal and admin work, create scenarios for contract review, and design dispute resolution tasks.
Requirements
3+ years as a paralegal, legal ops professional, or attorney
Expertise in residential lease review, consumer insurance policy comparison, employment offer letter review, small claims or consumer disputes, or estate document organization
Comfortable with personal-legal artifacts: redlines, dispute letters, comparison summaries, checklist packets
Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
