Role Overview

The Senior Legal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Counsel, managing complex schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and coordinating with senior executives and external stakeholders. The role requires discretion, initiative, and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. The Senior Legal Assistant will be part of a tightly integrated team coordinating strategic legal matters and providing comprehensive legal advice and advocacy in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include managing the Chief Counsel's calendar, coordinating meetings and travel, arranging logistics, and drafting and tracking documents. The Senior Legal Assistant will also assist with internal reporting requirements, support the Chief Counsel's performance management processes, and provide backup coverage to other legal assistants.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of legal administrative experience supporting attorneys or senior leaders
  • Strong ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and adaptability to changing demands
  • Demonstrated experience managing active calendars and complex travel
  • Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and exercise good judgment
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to act promptly under tight deadlines
