The Senior Counsel will evaluate AI model outputs, develop instruction specs, design challenging legal tasks, and translate tacit legal judgment into explicit criteria.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 8 to 15 years of substantive post-qualification legal practice
- Current or past counsel, senior associate, senior in-house counsel, or Assistant General Counsel level
- Specialization in a substantive practice area like corporate, litigation, regulatory, intellectual property, employment, or tax
- Admission to at least one U.S. state bar, in good standing
- Hands-on experience with large language models in professional work
- Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for 6 months
- Reside in the Bay Area, California, and work on-site as required
