Role OverviewThe Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking an attorney to join the Contracts and Acquisitions unit within the office of Legal Counsel. As Senior Legal Counsel, responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating contract terms, and providing legal advice and guidance.

Drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating contract terms, and providing legal advice and guidance regarding government procurement and contracting processes.

Requirements
- Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
- 18 months experience as licensed attorney
- 6 months experience in supervisory principles/techniques
