Job Description
The Ohio Department of Medicaid is seeking an attorney for our Contracts and Acquisitions unit. As Senior Legal Counsel in the Bureau of Contracts and Acquisitions, your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating contract terms, overseeing contracts and procurement staff members, and providing legal advice and guidance.

Requirements

  • Admission to Ohio Bar pursuant to Section 4705.01 of Revised Code
  • 18 months experience as licensed attorney
  • 6 months experience in supervisory principles/techniques
