Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Data Governance & AI to join our legal team. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal advice and support on guest omni-channel, payments, e-commerce and technology matters, including drafting, negotiating and reviewing guest facing terms and vendor contracts, advising on compliance requirements, developing policies relating to emerging technologies and supporting many departments across the organization.

Requirements

  • J.D. or bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution
  • Current member in good standing of the Washington State or British Columbia law society
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant legal technology (some artificial intelligence), data governance, and/or cybersecurity experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail, ability to execute requested assignments and as part of a team, and excellent organizational skills
