Role OverviewAs a Senior Legal Counsel, you will evaluate the quality of legal knowledge work tasks and AI model outputs, design high-quality instruction specs, and develop challenging legal tasks and evaluation sets. You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. This is a contract position with a commitment of 40 hours/week for 6 months.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include evaluating legal knowledge work tasks, designing instruction specs, developing challenging legal tasks, and collaborating with client researchers and specialists.

To be a fit for this role, you must have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, 5+ years of substantive post-qualification legal practice, and specialization in at least one substantive practice area. You should also have excellent written communication skills and hands-on working use of large language models.
