What You Will Do
Performs due diligence for and negotiation of corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, and ensures compliance with industry specific regulatory matters. Addresses corporate governance matters, including dealings with the relevant Boards of Directors.

Requirements
- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Doctorate Degree (Required)
- Six (6) or more years Experience in related field (Required)
- License to practice law in at least one state
