Job Description
We are seeking an experienced attorney with SaaS and software licensing and commercial contract experience to join our legal department as a Senior Legal Counsel. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, ensuring operational compliance, and providing general legal support to the company.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience acquired in a law firm and/or in-house environments, developing and negotiating SaaS, software, technology, and data licensing agreements.
Significant experience with SaaS agreements is required
Experience in the cybersecurity field or having worked for a cybersecurity company is preferred
