Role OverviewThe Senior Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance on technology and SaaS transactions, employment law issues, and corporate agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial transactions, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
What You Will Do
The Senior Legal Counsel will work on a variety of technology transactions, human capital management matters, and support the General Counsel and handle special projects. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, auditing third-party vendor risk, and providing real-time legal counsel to the HR team.

Requirements
- JD from an ABA Accredited Law School
- Active license to practice law and capable of meeting in-house admission requirements in Texas
- 5+ years of experience as practicing attorney with a focus on transactional work
- Ability to successfully manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated track record of handling complex, high-value transactions
- Strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work with and develop relationships based on trust with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions for any employer
- Must be able to commute to the office located in Plano, TX
