Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior-level attorney with capital markets experience to join a leading Corporate Practice, advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions and providing governance and compliance counsel.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 5–10 years of corporate law experience, with a focus on capital markets transactions
  • Admission to the Bar required; admission in additional jurisdictions is a plus
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated experience advising clients on securities offerings, SEC reporting, and corporate governance
  • Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work directly with clients
