Job Description
We're Hiring: Senior Lifecycle and CRM Marketing Manager to transform our email program into a high-impact, insight-driven revenue engine. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution of our lifecycle and email marketing ecosystem from roadmap and automation to segmentation, testing, and performance analytics.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of email or lifecycle marketing experience (ecommerce or DTC preferred)
  • Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn ecommerce environment
