Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lineman Technical Trainer / Subject Matter Expert to lead the development and delivery of electrical line worker training programs. This role combines journeyman-level field expertise with technical instruction, mentoring, and program development to ensure a safe, skilled, and high-performing workforce.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and deliver structured training programs for linemen and apprentices, conduct hands-on instruction, evaluate trainee performance, and provide coaching and technical support.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Journeyman Lineman certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5–7 years of electrical linework experience
- Prior training, mentoring, or crew leadership experience
- MSHA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
