Role OverviewThe Senior Litigation Paralegal works in a team environment assisting litigation attorneys in all phases of the litigation lifecycle, from discovery through trial, and in post-trial and appeal. The role requires meeting the Firm's standards of excellence in supporting attorney teams, delivering superior service to clients, and assisting with the mentoring and training of entry-level litigation paralegals. Availability for overtime and travel are essential.
What You Will Do
Coordinates workflow, manages team matters, reviews and analyzes documents, categorizes documents, conducts database searches, and assists with the process of e-filing with various courts and governmental agencies. Prepares for and attends depositions, trial, and assists with the preparation of motions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with high academic standing
- 2-3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Intellectual Property (IP) experience a plus
- Blue-booking and cite checking experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of technology and database applications
- Ability to travel for extended periods, sometimes on short notice
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work well under pressure and coordinate several activities at one time
- Ability to take and follow instructions as well as delegate tasks to others
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn other systems used within the Firm
