Job Description
As a Senior Living Community Sales Director, you will change someone's story by selling senior living and building trust with prospective residents and their families. You will lead engaging tours, build a strong referral network, and represent the community at events.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Services, or a related field
Proven experience in relationship-based sales
Confidence in guiding complex decisions
Understanding of personal care, assisted living, or memory care
Comfort using CRM systems and managing details, follow-ups, and pipelines with precision
