Job Description
Berkadia is seeking a Senior Loan Boarding Analyst to join their loan servicing platform. The role requires strong leadership skills, a strong understanding of commercial real estate, and excellent organizational skills. The analyst will be responsible for coordinating with various parties, reviewing and interpreting loan documentation, and ensuring accurate and complete input of loan data into the servicing system.

Requirements

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate with a comprehensive understanding of property markets and related financial strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of the full loan boarding lifecycle from initiation to completion
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, McCracken Strategy, and IBM Cognos
