Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Loan Production Partner to support a high-performing mortgage team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate has strong mortgage knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple files while working closely with loan officers, processors, underwriters, and clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of mortgage industry experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Partner, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of conventional loan programs, Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac guidelines, and experience running DU/LP with the ability to interpret AUS findings
  • Advanced income calculation experience, including self-employed borrower analysis
  • Proficiency with LOS systems such as Encompass, Arive, LendingPad, or similar mortgage platforms
  • Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced mortgage environment
