Job Description
We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer - ML to join our Applied AI team at Supio, building and fine-tuning ML systems that transform complex documents into structured data.

Requirements

  • Strong coding skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments
  • Hands-on ML experience with fine-tuning models, shipping them into production, and maintaining them at scale
  • Applied AI mindset with experience in RAG systems, prompt engineering, agents, and data preprocessing/postprocessing for NLP tasks
  • Probabilistic thinking and experience with clear communication of design decisions and model behavior
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments for deployment
  • Nice to have: experience in full-stack or backend engineering roles, background in fintech, health tech, or document-heavy domains
