Role Overview

As a Senior Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will lead the maintenance and reliability organization, creating strong partnerships across the business to ensure delivery of US Supply Chain strategies. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the plant multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that increase reliability, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

What You Will Do

You will lead the entire maintenance & reliability organization, work cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic M&R roadmap, and establish a strong governance to review and control the effectiveness of the M&R program. You will also ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, GMP, food safety, employee safety, site security, and government regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Maintenance roles in the CPG industry
  • Minimum of 8+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong operational, manufacturing, and maintenance leadership experience in the CPG industry
  • Experience in TPM, 5S, Lean, 6 sigma tools and concepts, safety & GMP standards
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment
