Job Description
The Senior Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for inspection, operation, and repair of various types of mechanical equipment, including pumps, electrical motors, and boilers. They will also perform administrative tasks, such as reading blueprints and maintaining equipment records.

Requirements

  • Three years recent commercial HVAC experience
  • Two years' experience in the maintenance and repair of buildings, plumbing or electrical or mechanical equipment
  • Vocational/technical training in mechanical repair or one of the building trades can substitute at the rate of 720 classroom hours
  • Valid and applicable driver's license
  • HVAC certification
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification
  • Boiler Certification
