Job Description
The Senior Roving Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance operations across multiple sites or facilities, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of adapting to various environments and addressing maintenance needs across diverse locations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential maintenance experience
  • Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams and managing industrial maintenance operations
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, including familiarity with high and low voltage systems
  • Proficient in using CMMS for maintenance management and scheduling
  • Experience with HVAC systems and programmable logic controllers
  • HVAC, CPO, and EPA Universal certificate are preferred
  • Appliance repair experience
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to read and interpret schematics
