Role OverviewInstalls, maintains, and repairs domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters, and plumbing fixtures. Repairs and maintains steam stations, valves, heating and condensate return stations, and sewer and storm drains.
What You Will Do
Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs plumbing, mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and piping as scheduled or needed. Provides on-the-job skills training. May be required to respond to emergency calls and take call in accordance with facility requirements.

- Ability to perform plumber equipment maintenance, installations and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
- Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately
- Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies
- Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner
- Ability to instruct others as per blueprints and work from sketches
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form
- Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumes
- Knowledge of safe handling tools and equipment
- Education: High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
- Work Experience: 5+ general plumb experience [Required]
